In the 1988-89 season, Johnson averaged 22.5 points, 7.9 rebounds and 12.8 assists per game, and won his second MVP (Most Value Player) of the NBA. The following year he again became entitled to this medal, but the Lakers were not champions. Before the Olympics in 92, 'Magic' was diagnosed with the HIV virus. 16 years later, is dedicated to lecture at U.S. colleges and institutions on how to prevent disease. It also has multiple businesses within which there are several theaters. He has toured playing friendly matches with other teams around the world. He had a brief return to the NBA, then he wrote his book My Life (My Life). His foundation has raised millions of dollars for clinical technology, and to provide grants to organizations seeking to prevent AIDS.
